Thank you for choosing Williams Taxis & Tours! To ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients, we’ve outlined our booking and cancellation policy below. This policy allows us to make all necessary arrangements for your St Helena tour and to operate efficiently for all our valued guests.
1. Invoice/Fare Payment:
(a) Customers are required to settle all invoices promptly on the agreed terms. Failure to make payment on time may result in interest being added to the outstanding amount. If invoices are not settle by the business/company within the allotted time frame stated on the invoice, a added percentage of 5% of the total invoice each time will be added for every day the invoice has not been settled.
(b) Customers using our taxis, daily or weekend nights, are required to settle payment of fare by cash before exiting the vehicle.
2. Providing a Safe and Professional Service: Williams Taxis & Tours is committed to delivering a safe and professional service to all customers. Our drivers undergo training to ensure the highest standards of service and safety.
3. Provision of Services to the Public: Our services are available to the public for transportation needs. We strive to meet the requirements of our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Behavior of Passengers: Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our drivers and other passengers. Any abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Behavior of Drivers: Our drivers are required to uphold the values of professionalism and courtesy at all times. They are expected to adhere to all traffic regulations and provide a safe and comfortable journey for passengers. By using the services of Williams Taxis & Tours, customers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of services.
Booking & Cancellation Policy - TOURS
To ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients, we’ve outlined our booking and cancellation policy below. This policy allows us to make all necessary arrangements for your St Helena tour and to operate efficiently for all our valued guests.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit Requirement:
To confirm your tour with us, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to arrange your itinerary, guides, and other details well in advance.
We accept payments primarily by Pounds cash or via card online, if booking from abroad, and we’ll send a confirmation once your deposit is received.
Booking ahead is recommended, especially during high season, as availability can be limited.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
Our 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the timeframe or reason. This is because each booking requires dedicated resources and planning, often booked specifically for you.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and while we’re sympathetic, we maintain this policy to cover the time and costs invested in arranging your experience.
We will provide a quote if booking from overseas and highlight deposit required to finalise booking.
Cruise Ship Tours
To confirm your tour/Seat with us, we require a 15% per seat deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation/seat and allows us to arrange type of vehicle and drivers etc.
NOTE: This deposit is Non-Refundable, even in the event of sea conditions not allowing cruise ship to disembark passengers, or at the choice of the captain or the port authorities.
This is because we decline other transfers, taxi fares, to secure this day for cruise ship and could possible lose out on some form of monetary compensation.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance for your tour is due on the day of the tour itself. You can pay this directly to our team before your tour begins.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments within our availability, but please note that major changes close to your tour date may not always be possible.
